Tumoral calcinosis induces the deposition of dense nodular calcareous masses in the tissues about the hips, shoulders and elbows, sometimes with smaller masses adjacent to the spine, wrist, feet, lower ribs, sacrum and ischium in adolescents and

adults. Authors presented a case of tumoral calcinosis that involved dorsum of the hand in a neoneate.
